Every social account carries a lifecycle state. The Social accounts page shows it next to each account.

active | The connection is healthy. | Nothing. |
degraded | The connection works but something is off, for example a missing scope. | Check the account and consider a reconnect. |
reauthorization_required | A grant expired or was revoked on the platform side. | Reconnect the account. |
disconnected | The account was disconnected. | Connect it again if you still need it. |
error | Something failed on the connection. | Try a reconnect; contact support if it persists. |
Why states matter for publishing
A publish job that targets an account needing reauthorization cannot deliver to it. The failure comes back classified as provider_action_required, and InvisibleAPI emails you when a job fails, so an expired grant on a Friday does not stay silent all weekend.
