Member roles

Understand permissions and access levels for every member role in InvisibleAPI: owner, admin, member, and viewer.

Every membership carries one of four roles.

Role	Can do
owner	Full control: everything below, plus billing and organization settings.
admin	Manage members and settings: invite, change roles, remove members.
member	Standard access: connect accounts, publish, create API keys.
viewer	Read-only: see jobs, accounts, and insights without changing anything.

Choosing a role

Give admin to people who manage the team, not to everyone.
member is the right default for anyone who publishes or builds.
viewer fits clients or stakeholders who only need to see the state of things.

Roles are per organization. The same person can be an owner in one organization and a viewer in another.

Create your first organization at signup, add additional organizations later, and switch between them in the dashboard.

Send an email invitation with a secure tokenized accept link to add a teammate directly into your organization.
