## Connect it

1. Open **Social accounts** in the dashboard and choose Connect X.
2. X runs its own login and consent screens. Approve the access there.
3. X sends you back to InvisibleAPI. The account appears in your organization's social account list.

Tokens are encrypted at rest and never appear in any API response.

## What you can publish

- Text posts up to 280 characters.
- Up to 4 images, or a single video.
- Carousels on X are images only, maximum four.

The platform rules are validated before anything reaches X. A job that fits Instagram but breaks an X rule fails preflight for the X target with a specific error, while the Instagram delivery proceeds.

## Good to know

- The connected account counts as a **source** in billing, the same as an Instagram account.
- Insights are not available for X accounts today. Insights are Instagram-only.
